Wireless Telecommunication Facility Application
Comes Now, the Undersigned Applicant and hereby applies for favorable consideration by the Town of Indian Springs Village, Alabama to issue a permit for the construction, erection or maintenance of a wireless telecommunication facility at the duly described location indicated below. To this application should be attached two (12) folded blueprint or Ink drawings of the site plans and materials, including the dimensions and height, and other requirements of the ordinance. All other regulations, conditions or requirements of the Wireless Telecommunication Ordinance of Indian Springs Village must be met or completed before any action may be taken by the Town on this application. The undersigned Applicant acknowledges that the payment of the permit fee entitles the applicant neither to approval of this application nor to the requested allowance of the requested action and that no refund of any fees will be given.
