Sign Permit Application
The undersigned applicant hereby applies for favorable consideration by the City of Indian Springs Village, Alabama to issue a permit for the erection or maintenance of a sign at the duly described location indicated below. All other regulations, conditions or requirements of the Sign Ordinance of Indian Springs Village must be met or completed before any action may be taken by the City Council on this application. The undersigned applicant acknowledges that the payment of the permit fee does not entitle the applicant to approval of this application and that no refund of any fees will be given.
