Town Hall


The McClellan House (ISV Town Hall) circa 1906, is a lovely renovated farmhouse reminding residents and visitors of an era “gone with the wind”.  The simplicity and charm has been balanced with comforts and conveniences which make the house unique but useful for civic and private events for ISV residents only.  The facility can accommodate up to 50 people at a time.

The Pavilion is located behind the Town Hall. It is a large covered picnic area with seating for around 140.

Additionally, a new multi-purpose building is located behind the pavilion and may be reserved for meetings and parties.  This facility will accommodate 35 people at a time.

A small rental fee of $100 is charged to ISV residents  in order to defray some of the maintenance and cost necessary to preserve the integrity of a historical facility. This is a nominal fee in relationship to other comparable venue rentals.

The following describes the reservation and rental process:

  • Please read the rules for the use of the Town Hall and Pavilion (Rules for ISV Town Hall Reservations)  and ISV Cleaning instructions).
  • Fill out your reservation request using the form below. For your convenience you can check availability of the facilities on the calendar located on this website. Please note that the Town Hall will not be available during the Town Clerk’s regular office hours (Mon., Tues., Wed. & Thurs. from 9-1:00 p.m.)

Keys for the Town Hall will be in a lock box located on the back porch.  Keys to the multi-purpose building will be in a lock box located on the middle pavilion poll facing the building.  Vickie Lewis will provide the code on Monday prior to the event.
